Return & Refund Policy – Journey to the ChildLand

At Journey to the ChildLand, we’re committed to delivering high-quality toys and learning products that spark joy and creativity in every child. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our simple and transparent 7-day return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

✅ The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
✅ The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories
✅ The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Please Note: We do not accept returns in the following cases:

❌ Items that are used, damaged, or altered after delivery
❌ Missing original packaging or proof of purchase
❌ Returns due to change of mind (unless stated otherwise on a specific product)

2. Return Process

Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos (if applicable)

Step 2: Ship the Product Back

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions to send the item to our return address (shared at approval).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or defective.

Step 3: Exchange or Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll process either:
✔ An exchange (if stock is available)
✔ A refund via bank transfer

3. Refund Policy

Refund Method:

Refunds are processed via bank transfer
COD orders are also refunded via bank transfer

Processing Time:
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Non-Refundable Items:

Sale or clearance items
Customized products
Digital goods

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on product availability.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
